About Larry, Owner & Mechanic Since 1993
I started this business from nothing in 1993 and I've been doing it ever since. When you call, you get one guy — the owner, the mechanic, and the person who picks up the phone. No call centers, no franchises, no sending out a trainee.
After 30 years repairing garage doors in Danville I've worked on just about every make, model, and situation you can imagine. At this point I know these doors — and the homeowners who own them. If you want references, I have plenty of customers in Danville who are happy to vouch for me. Just ask.
My Story
I'm a verified Wayne Dalton and LiftMaster dealer. From torsion spring and broken spring replacement to off-track doors, damaged panels, and automatic opener repair — I do it all. Available 24/7 for emergency response on single and double car garages.
I stock my truck with the parts I use most so I can fix most problems on the first visit. When a replacement is needed, you're getting quality equipment installed by someone who knows it inside and out.
When you call me, you get me. Not a dispatcher, not a subcontractor. I answer the phone, I diagnose the problem, and I do the repair.
I built this business on a simple approach — I show up when I say I will, and if anything changes I'll call you with an update and a time of arrival. If you're dealing with a door that won't open, makes noise, or is completely stuck, you can see the full range of garage door repair services I handle here.
How I Work
No upsells. No runaround. Just a straight answer on what your door needs.
A lot of garage door companies quote a low price over the phone to get in the door, then the upselling starts. Suddenly you need parts you didn't know were broken and a bill three times what you expected. I don't work that way. I diagnose the problem, give you one number, and that's what you pay. If something else needs attention I'll take care of it.
If your opener is 15 years old and the motor is shot, I'm not going to sell you a repair that buys you six more months. I'll tell you what it needs, what it'll cost to fix, and whether replacing it makes more sense. You'll get an honest answer either way.
I keep my truck stocked with the springs, cables, and opener parts I use most. That means most repairs don't require a second trip or a parts order. You call in the morning, the door works by afternoon.
Call me directly and I'll ask a few questions to figure out what's going on. Most of the time I can give you an accurate estimate right over the phone.
